The co-extrusion ABA film blower has unique characteristics in producing HDPE or LDPE and LLDPE materials. The physical strength of the film is improved by multi-layer co-extrusion. Using one host for inner and outer materials can reduce the configuration of one host, while reducing costs and saving energy.

Dalian ABA film blower, the barrel and screw are all made of high quality alloy steel, tightened nitriding and precision processing, which has good hardness and corrosion resistance. The specially designed screw has high output and good plasticization. The blown film has a more beautiful surface and a more comfortable feel. The filter and corona processor of the extruder must be replaced regularly for filtering and cleaning. In general, the filter must be replaced within 24 to 48 hours and the silicone roll of the corona processor must be cleaned with alcohol. Specifications for filters: three-layer filters with two layers of 80 mesh and one layer of 100 mesh. Corona processor rollers should not start corona processor without film moving. Once the film is broken or shut down, the corona processor should be shut down urgently to avoid burning out of the corona processor. Place the sealing machine in a dry and ventilated place, usually at room temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius.

Every two days of operation, 6 oil should be added to the moving parts, mainly in the gear, bearing and gearbox. Dust should be removed regularly and the whole machine should be cleaned. Unplug the power supply when not in use and hide it with a cover cloth. If the running time is too long, turn the cooling fan on before shutting down, wait for the temperature to decrease before shutting down. Shut down without cooling, the high temperature zone is very simple to damage. The high temperature zone should be regularly descaled to ensure seal quality. Seriously worn parts should be replaced in time to extend the life of the whole machine.
